A case has been registered against a Shiv Sena office bearer in connection with the marriage ceremony and the marriage hall has also been sealed

The marriage hall (open lawn) has also been sealed after a case was registered against a Shiv Sena office bearer for holding his daughter’s royal wedding ceremony in violation of the Kovid restrictions imposed by the government.

The marriage ceremony of the daughter of former Shiv Sena corporator Sunil Wayle was held at Kala Talao area in Kalyan West last Saturday. According to KDMC, senior police inspectors at Mahatma Phule Chowk police station have registered a case against organizer Sunil Wayle, Suresh Mhatre and marriage lawns manager Ramesh Laxman Singh for violating the Kovid rules. In case of violation of Kovid rules, Municipal Commissioner Dr. KDMC has also informed that both the lawns have been sealed by Ward Area Officer Akshay Guddhe till April 30 as per the instructions of Vijay Suryavanshi.
