Mumbai: BJP chief Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday accused the Maharashtra authorities of being “indecisive” in coping with the COVID-19 disaster and inflicting the state of affairs to worsen there, and mentioned Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is “scared” of taking initiatives to take care of the state of affairs.
