Senior Citizens (above 60 years) and people aged 45 or older with comorbidities can register to get vaccinated. List of documents as photo identity proof for registration. (Any one of the following can be uploaded)
- Electoral Photo Identity Card ( EPIC)
- Passport
- Driving License
- PAN card
- NPR Smart card
- Pension document with photograph

How to Apply for Covid Vaccination
1 – Registration
- Citizen Registers with his Mobile no. and approved IDs.
- You can register himself and others (max 3) for vaccination.
2 – Login
User access CoWIN Citizen registration page, login with OTP from registered mobile no.
3 – Schedule Vaccine Appointment
Schedules himself to the available timeslots in near by Vaccination center. There is Option for rescheduling Vaccination appointments.
4 – Confirmation of appointment
Citizen can download the confirmation. The appointment confirmation information is also shared by SMS on registered mobile no.
5 – Vaccination Completed
Citizen get vaccinated at the scheduled center on the appointed date after verification at the vaccination centre. The next appointment is automatically scheduled for second dose after 28 days
