Rotary club of Palava has started a very nice initiative to encourage people to focus on their health which is the Daily fitness challenge initiative. The idea is to meet up everyday at 07:00AM do some warm up and start a walk for around 15 to 20 mins.
The simplicity of the idea behind this initiative makes it more achievable, while creating a balance with your regular daily routine.
Taking half an hour Everyday early morning to excercise goes a long way keeping you healthy fir and wise and that too when you can do with your friends.
It’s best you can join with your kids and spouse.
At Rotary Palava these group of people are encouraging everyone to induce this habbit in your daily routine and be healthy.
This initiative has started this week on Friday 8th Nov and regularly seeing new people joining in. The idea is to keep your mobile phones at home come wearing light clothes and shoes. This half an hour a day only for yourself.
