Kalyan-Dombivali 15th June:
In Kalyan Dombivali, tomorrow (June 16) 21 vaccinations will be done. It is noteworthy that Acharya Atre Rangmandir in Kalyan and Savitribai Phule Natyagriha in Dombivali will be vaccinated for persons aged 18 years and above. Special facilities have been provided to the expatriates for the 2nd dose of Kovishield from tomorrow (June 16) to June 18 at the Atre Theater in Kalyan.
Only 2nd dose of covacin will be available here
Tomorrow Prabodhankar Thackeray School Vaccination Center Kalyan (East) next to Netivali Hospital and Vai. “Only 2nd dose of covacin vaccine” will be given at Savlaram Maharaj Mhatre Sports Complex, Covid Vaccination Center, Dombivali (East). Health care workers, frontline workers and citizens above 18 years of age will be vaccinated at both these places. The vaccination will be conducted from 10 am to 5.00 pm.
Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
At Acharya Atre Rangmandir in Kalyan and Savitribai Phule Natyagriha in Dombivali, immunization facilities have been provided for the disabled for 18 years and above. The vaccination will continue from 10 am to 5 pm and the disabled citizens will be able to get UDID card or disability certificate, Aadhar card / PAN card / voting card etc. Documents must be brought along.
Covishield 2nd dose facility here for citizens going abroad from 16th June to 18th June
Special facility has been provided at Acharya Atre Rangmandir, Kalyan (W) from 16th to 18th June for the 2nd dose of Kovishield for the citizens going abroad from Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Area. 28 days have elapsed since taking the 1st dose of Covishield vaccine but individuals with a duration of less than 84 days will be vaccinated here. KDMC informed that this 2nd dose will be given to all citizens aged 18 years and above going abroad. The facility will be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Those who want to get vaccinated here should bring along the original as well as photocopies of the required documents like passport, visa, admission letter, letter of appointment, address proof. KDMC has also clarified that these photocopies will be collected after verification.
With the exception of this center, health care workers, frontline workers and citizens above 45 years of age will be vaccinated at all other centers from 10 am till the vaccine is available. The 1st and 2nd doses of Covishield vaccine will be given here.
