Through such actions, Lodha Developers, recently renamed as Macrotech Developers, shows his basically bad intentions of avoiding his obligations as a builder.
Flat purchasers of projects such as Lodha’s Palava City, Upper Thane, Lodha Amara and New Cuffe Parade should take note.
