Under the tutelage of Vedic scholar Naras Ittiravi, Satish commenced his Vedic studies. He delved into Vedic and Yagā rituals. His expertise adorned ceremonies like Shukapuram Soma Yagam, Shukapuram Athiratram, Pattambi Yagam, and Pathanamthitta Yagam.
Upon completing his studies, he served as priest in various temples such as Udiyannoor Ayyappa Temple, Kalanchadi Temple, Veroor Thrikkovil Temple, and Eruvaprakunnu Ayyappa Temple.
Simultaneously, he resumed his education, which had been halted after the 6th grade, and successfully completed SSLC. Satish is married to Savitha, a teacher at Kuttipuram High School. The couple has two children, Satvika Deshmukh and Atmika Deshmukh.
Satish also took the initiative to bring his natives Sudarshan Jakarte, Hanumant Joshi, and Umesh Kulkarni to Edappal to impart Vedic knowledge.
