Paid vaccination of more than 200 students by Cambria International School and Dattakripa Education Trust

At present, due to non-availability of adequate stocks of vaccines, the vaccination campaign of the Municipal Corporation seems to have slowed down. Against this backdrop, a private paid vaccination camp was organized by Cambria International School, Dattakripa Education Trust in Kalyan with the help of Mamata Hospital. In which more than 200 citizens got vaccinated against covid by paying regular fee.

Due to non-availability of stock of Kovid vaccine from the government, the vaccination system implemented by the Municipal Corporation in Kalyan Dombivali has been disrupted. Covid vaccine is provided free of cost to the citizens at the vaccination centers run by the Municipal Corporation. However, as the government does not have the vaccine stock, it has affected the vaccination in Kalyan Dombivali for the last few days. So those who can afford it are ready to get vaccinated at private centers for a fee.

Against this background, this paid vaccination campaign was implemented as a social responsibility. Citizens who can afford to get vaccinated for a private fee need to get vaccinated in private institutions. Bipin Pote, CMD, Pote Group, said that the initiative was aimed at providing free government vaccines to more and more ordinary people who could not afford it. He also expressed his intention to conduct this paid vaccination in the future if people wish.

Meanwhile, Meenal Pote, Hina Madam, Lata Madam, Varsha, Sushmita, Amol, Makrand, Bhushan, Avni, Sampada, Dhara and Gokul of Cambria School worked hard to make this project a success.
