Luckily no one was injured in the incident, but it collapsed on the protective wall and sheets of another building behind the building. The demolition of the building will start from today by the KDMC administration.

Chandravila 3 (Badlapurkar Chawl) is a 2 storey building on Agra Road near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk in Kalyan West. However, he said that since the locals went to the court to get compensation, they would have to work through the machine. Guddhe also clarified that the documents required for the residents to get compensation will be given by the municipality and they will get the compensation for sure.
According to local tenant Mukesh Thakkar, the residents of Chandravila 1 and Chandravila 2 have sought stay from the High Court.
