Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation has made arrangements for treatment and accommodation of Tata Amantra Kovid patients on Bhiwandi bypass. A patient admitted for treatment here has complained of larvae in food. The KDMC has warned to investigate all these cases and take action against the concerned contractors and suppliers.
The concerned patient, through video, revealed the larvae in the food given on Wednesday. Since then, there has been a question mark over the facilities provided by KDMC. Earlier, some patients complained about food here. However, the corporation rejected all these allegations and said that the facilities here are good. It remains to be seen what action the KDMC administration will take in this regard.
Municipal Secretary Sanjay Jadhav has said that action will be taken against the contractors concerned and the place from where the goods were brought.
