Vaccination at 21 places tomorrow (June 4) in Kalyan Dombivali; 4 centers reserved for citizens above 60 years


Kalyan-Dombivali dt. June 3:
Vaccination will be conducted at 21 places in Kalyan Dombivali tomorrow (June 4), out of which 4 centers are reserved for citizens above 60 years of age. Vaccination will be done offline at all 21 centers and tokens will be required beforehand.

Tomorrow Prabodhankar Thackeray School Vaccination Center Kalyan (East) next to Netivali Hospital and Vai. Savlaram Maharaj Mhatre Sports Complex Covid Vaccination Center Dombivali (East) 2 vaccination centers will be given “2nd dose of Covacin vaccine only”. Both health care workers, frontline workers and citizens above 45 years of age will be vaccinated. The vaccination will be conducted from 10 am to 5.00 pm and the 2nd dose of covacin vaccine will be given 28 days after the 1st dose, KDMC said.

Citizens who have completed 84 days of taking the 1st dose of Covishield vaccine will get the 2nd dose. The Municipal Corporation has appealed to the citizens not to rush to the vaccination center as they will not get the vaccine if this period is not completed.

As per the instructions received from the state government, vaccination of citizens in the age group of 18-44 years has been postponed till further notice.
