Vaccination of other citizens will be closed tomorrow
Kalyan Dombivali June 1:
The KDMC administration has informed that only students going abroad for education will be vaccinated in Kalyan Dombivali from tomorrow for the next 2 days. Therefore, other citizens will not be vaccinated tomorrow.
Covishield vaccine will be given to students between the ages of 18 and 44 who have been admitted to study abroad in the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation area. The vaccination will continue from 10 am to 5 pm at Art Gallery, Lalchowki Kovid Vaccination Center, Kalyan (W) on Wednesday, June 2 and Thursday, June 3.
Students coming for this vaccination are required to keep the following documents with them.
1) Government Identity Card (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Passport one of these)
2) Proof of being a resident of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (Address Proof)
3) 20 Forms or DS 160 Forms or letter from a foreign university / educational institution confirming admission. One of the two
Instructions have been issued by KDMC to bring Xerox copies of these documents and original documents to the Vaccination Center for verification. Xerox copies will be collected on the vaccination credentials. KDMC has appealed to eligible students who have been admitted for foreign education to take advantage of this campaign.
Meanwhile to the Municipal Corporation Vaccination of all other citizens and all other centers will be closed tomorrow due to non-availability of vaccine KDMC has also informed that.
