Mumbai: A suspected case of COVID-19 loss of life has come to mild in Thane district of Maharashtra.
According to a launch issued by Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) on Wednesday, a 46-year-old lady with a historical past of travelling to Bangkok died on Tuesday in Dombivli Township.
The deceased was affected by underlying medical circumstances like hypertension and diabetes.
It is reported that the lady returned from Bangkok on 10 March. She reached a neighborhood physician on March 30 after complaining of fever, vomiting and unfastened movement.
On March 31, he was referred to a hospital the place he was examined for fever and breathlessness with signs of COVID-19.
The launch stated that though docs suggested the lady to go to Kasturba Hospital in Mumbai, a nodal facility for coronavirus sufferers, she went to her house.
“Her condition deteriorated gradually and she died on Tuesday,” it stated.
Authorities have referred 5 members from the household of the deceased to Thane civil hospital. Their reviews are awaited, it stated.
