The Meteorological Department has said that it will rain on October 5 as well. Heavy rains are likely on October 6 and 7 as the cyclone reaches Gwalior-Chambal division over Bay of Bengal.

– Rains will increase with the arrival of Rewa Division. This system may move towards Delhi via Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, heavy rain is expected in Gwalior-Chambal division.
– The Western Disturbance is active, also bringing moisture from the Arabian Sea. Due to all these reasons the Gwalior-Chambal division will receive rain till October 8.
