If you are living in Kalyan-Dombivili area and has recevied high elctricity bills from MSEDCL, this is what you need to do to raise complaint online.
Those who have received high bill from MSEDCL can submit complaint online.

Steps:
1. Enter Consumer number (12 digit code on Electricity Bill)
2. Select Service Request Type = Complaint
3. Select Service Request Sub-Type = High Bill
4. Enter Request Details.
5. Click Submit Button.
6. Please make Note of Request ID shown on screen
