Lodha and FM Logistic’s realty arm Batilogistic have signed a Rs. 106 Cr deal to develop 30 acres of land parcel at Palava Industrial and Logistics Park, with a total development potential of 1 million sq.ft. of warehousing space. FM Logistic in India is one of the leading 3PL companies with presence across 90+ locations and provides warehousing and distribution logistics services.
Planned across 800 acres, Palava Industrial and Logistics is now emerging as the preferred destination in Mumbai region for industrial and warehousing needs in the region.
