MP Kapil Patil accepts the post of Union Minister of State

Determination to extend the scheme to the grassroots villagers

New Delhi July 12:
Bhiwandi Lok Sabha MP Kapil Patil took over as Union Minister of State on Monday. Expressing his determination to extend the kalyan schemes of the Central Government to the villagers at the grassroots and remote areas of the country, he said that he would work to build the India of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream.

Last week, on July 7, MP Kapil Patil was sworn in as Union Minister of State. The next day, he met Union Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh and got acquainted with the workings of the administration. Later on Monday, Patil accepted the post of Minister of State.
Priority will be given to the overall development of 2 lakh 79 thousand Gram Panchayats in the country through Panchayat Raj Department. A separate property card will be issued to every household in the village through the ownership scheme announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the development of rural areas. The scheme will be implemented in phases by planning the development of the village. The funds received through the 15th Finance Commission will be divided into 3 levels namely Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti and Gram Panchayat. Apart from trying to change the face of village development, Patil said that the pilot project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream ‘Gram Vikas’ will be implemented in some states. He also said that by implementing e-Gram Panchayat Yojana, a road map of modern rural development for self-sufficient villages will be prepared.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made a new history by giving Thane district a ministerial post at the Center for the first time after 74 years of independent India. Minister of State Kapil Patil also expressed confidence that the trust placed in me by the Prime Minister would be fulfilled.

Rig in New Delhi to congratulate Kapil Patil
Officials from Thane-Palghar district have come out to congratulate Kapil Patil on his election to the Union Cabinet. As per the order of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the newly appointed ministers have to be present in Delhi till August 15 to get information about the work. Therefore, Minister of State Kapil Patil will be staying in Delhi for the next month.
