MNS MLA Raju Patil has written a letter to Thane District Patron Minister Eknath Shinde, requesting him to immediately call a meeting of Thane District Planning Committee.
In the meeting held ten months ago, the projects and various government schemes in Thane district were reviewed. But much of the development work has been stopped off during the Corona epidemic.
Roads in Thane district, water needs are basic needs, infrastructure projects as well as government schemes are at a standstill.
MLA Patil expressed the view that it is necessary to hold a district planning meeting to take stock of the pending work. Also, as we have gained some control over Corona and the situation is getting worse due to incomplete projects.
MLA Raju Patil has expressed the expectation that the pending projects and plans should be executed immediately by holding a meeting of the District Planning Committee and reviewing all the work.
