Six centres will administer the second dose of Covaxin to 45 plus people
The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) on Tuesday informed that vaccination will take place at 23 centres in the city.
Each centre will administer between 100 to 300 doses from 11 am onwards up to 4 pm with some exceptions.
For students:Covishield‘s first jab will be administered to students going abroad, at TMC’s post-COVID centre located at Lodha Luxuria on Majiwada-Nashik Highway. The centre will have 150 doses and it will function from 11 am to 3 pm.
Drive-in: Covishield’s first and second dose will be administered to 60 plus people during drive-in at Viviana Mall from 11 am to 1 pm. The centre will have 100 doses for those with online booking.
HCW/FLW: Covishield’s first and second dose will be administered to healthcare and frontline workers from 11 am to 4 pm at TMC’s CSMH centre. It will have 200 doses.
45 plus: Covishield’s first and second dose will be administered to 45 plus people with online booking from 11 am to 4 pm, at TMC’s parking plaza located on Eastern Express Highway. The centre will have 300 doses.
Walk-in facility (Covishield): 13 centres in the city will administer doses for 45 plus people from 11 am to 4 pm. However, 10 per cent doses will be reserved for second doses.
