Kalyan 5 July:
Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis today called on the state government to pay immediate attention to the current situation in Kalyan Dombivali. Against the backdrop of growing Corona patients, Fadnavis reviewed the health system here today.
In the near future, the number of patients in Kalyan Dombivali will not be under control. There is a shortage of large number of health workers and this is difficult to handle in the current system of KDMC. Therefore, Fadnavis also expressed an urgent need to see whether the state government could provide these health workers from other places or for a new Kalyan Dombivali.
The number of patients in Kalyan Dombivali is increasing considerably. At the same time, the infection ratio is increasing. The trial of patients will begin soon and the existing health facilities are collapsing. As testing increases in the near future, more ICU beds will be needed. Devendra Fadnavis also said that oxygen, ventilators and isolation systems would need to be increased.
Meanwhile, Fadnavis visited Holycross Kovid Hospital and the Municipal Commissioner Dr. Vijay Suryavanshi gave a complete overview of the corona situation in Kalyan Dombivali.
The state government had to consider 27 villages simultaneously. Municipalities alone will not work. He also feared that there would be a disaster in the future if he did not think about how the plan would develop here.
