Sir I would like to recommend u for the proper work of UMC that u must ask to commissioner that how many buildings are inspected by the "structural Engineer registered with UMC" Under section 265A of The Maharashtra municipal corporation act 1949… And after the 30years or 50% occupancy from the date of CC and OC whichever is earlier… How many buildings are inspected by the structural Engineer registered with UMC.. and how many "Structural stability certificates" issued by UMC … To that building owner and occupier… And earlier notice send by UMC to building owner for demolition of building before this notices did the UMC officers inspected that buildings and issued them "Structural stability certificates yes or not…? and is there any record available made by structural engineer in past few years regarding inspection?… "
   These are the main points u must raise in the session of UMC…?
