Demolition work of Lokgram pedestrian bridge, which is very important for the citizens of Kalyan East, has started. Thousands of citizens used this bridge to reach Lokgram area from Kalyan station. However, due to the danger, the pedestrian bridge was closed to traffic. His padkama has finally started from today.
In order to get the work of this bridge started soon, MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde (mp dr. Shrikant shinde) has repeatedly followed up with the railway administration. In this regard, by holding several meetings with the railway administration, they are paying attention to the caste to make this work on the battlefield. The Railways had issued a tender for the construction of the old Lokgram pedestrian bridge. It has finally started and is expected to be completed by the end of June, after which construction of the new bridge will begin soon, senior Central Railway officials said.
Also, the tender for the construction of the pedestrian bridge will be released by the Railways in the first week of April before the completion of the footwork. Therefore, after the completion of this work, the tender process for the construction of the new pedestrian bridge will be completed next month and the construction of the new bridge will begin. Therefore, there will be no hindrance and delay for the construction of the new bridge. Shrikant Shinde said.
